The Architectural Review Board (re: Architectural Control Committee in the covenants) regularly reviews plans for improvements, new additions and landscaping plans. Upon submitting an application to the property manager, the board will meet to review the application and determine approval status for the request.
 

Please complete the application form and forward, with the requested information, to the Association's Community Association Manager for processing. 

 

PLEASE DO NOT COMMENCE WORK UNTIL YOU RECEIVE APPROVAL OF YOUR APPLICATION FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD AND COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER.
