Chair - Lliana Rivera
Coordinates and organizes activities and efforts that build neighborhood relationships, unity, and participation. Solicits materials, coupons, certificates, etc., from local businesses for social events. Communicates with the Newsletter Committee to disseminate information in upcoming newsletters.
Architectural Reivew/ Yard of the Month
Reviews any ARB's that have been submitted. Oversees the Yard of the Month program. Advises Waterside of Orange County Association Management of any HOA compliance concerns.
Crime Watch / Block Captains
Chair - Jon Bawtinhimer
Serves as the neighborhood representatives for the homes in your immediate area, (i.e., your street or cul-de-sac). Works with the neighbors in immediate are; disseminates information about current crime watch/safety trends; and reports any matters to the HOA/local authorities. Organizes the annual "National Night Out" event and other Crime-Watch events. Assists the HOA in its efforts to communicate information to all homeowners.
Coordinate with block captains and other committee chairs regarding information that needs to be disseminated. Coordinate directory information, compile and submit to Waterside of Orange County Association Management for approval and publication. Maintains the Waterside HOA Website.
